Hearty Ground Beef and Potato Dinner Recipe 

A Delicious and Easy Dinner Solution

Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a large skillet over high heat. 

Once the oil is hot and shiny, reduce the heat to medium and add the diced potatoes. 

Cook, stirring often, until the potatoes are golden and becoming tender (about 6 minutes). 

Add 1 pound of ground beef, 1 diced small yellow onion, and 1 diced red bell pepper to the skillet. 

Cook, breaking apart the meat until it's no longer pink. 

Stir well to combine.  Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as desired.
